Detention Center

The Greene County Detention Center is under the leadership and direction of Jacob White and Bryan Alspaugh.  The facility is capable of housing up to 456 inmates and maintains an average of 350 inmates.  The facility also maintains two inmate work classifications - Act 309 and trustee inmates. 

The Detention Center has an in-house medical facility staffed by Turnkey Medical, a commercial kitchen managed by Summit Food Solutions and staffed by "ACT 309" inmates (state prisoners assigned to work duties in local detention facilities), commissary provided by Summit Food Solutions, Telephone services provided by Correct Solutions Group, and video visitation and messaging services provided by TechFriends.

• Video visitations, messages, photos, commissary and money deposits are accessed through jailatm.com.  If you have issues with these services please contact Jailatm at 870-627-5476.
• Regular mail to an inmate must be addressed to;
  500 Amity Road Suit 5B PMB 53, Conway AR, 72032.
• Legal mail should be sent from an attorney to 1809 North Rockingchair, Paragould, AR 72450 stamped "Legal Mail".
• Money orders must be sent to: Financial Director at 1809 North Rockingchair, Paragould, AR 72450.  All money orders must be labeled as a money order.
• Mail requiring a Notary must be sent to: Notary at 1809 North Rockingchair, Paragould, AR 72450.
• Property release is done on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1PM to 4PM.  A valid ID must be presented and a property release form must be completed by the inmate prior to property release.  
• Inmate Prescriptions can be dropped off from 8 AM to 5 PM daily.  Prescriptions must be approved by medical staff.  We are a narcotic free facility.
